‚Der Fall, dass ein Rezensent von einem neuen Stück Chormusik gleichsam vom Stuhl gerissen wird, ist nicht allzu häufig. Umso mehr sei der Finger auf ein kleines, nur 21 Takte zählendes Stück gelegt, an dem zumindest ein temperamentvoller Chor sofort Feuer fangen muss. Eröd hat den Spruch “Viva la musica“ ohne große Intonierschwierigkeiten mit soviel rhythmischem Schwung und Pfiff in Töne gesetzt, dass einem wachen Sänger und Zuhörer das herz übergehen muss: der ideale “Aufreißer“ fürs Chorkonzert.“‘
